The results of the voting for the University of Iowa Faculty Council and Faculty Senate have been announced.

The new president of the Faculty Council will be current Vice President and Clinical Associate Professor Alexandra Thomas, and current President and Associate Professor Erika Lawrence will become the past president.

On the council, Professor Nicole Grosland will be replaced by Professor H.S. Udaykumar, Professor Donald Black will be replaced by Associate Professor Patrick Brophy, Associate Professor Sue Gardner will be replaced by Associate Professor Sandra Daack-Hirsch, and Associate Professor Erika Ernst will be replaced by Clinical Associate Professor Susan Vos.

Professor Ed Wasserman, Professor Susan Schultz, and Professor Jane Pendergast will no longer serve on the council; replacements for the positions are still pending.
