A Davenport man has been charged after allegedly assaulting a female following a concert at the Blue Moose.

David Faust, 40, was charged with domestic-abuse assault on Monday after he and the female got into a verbal argument.

The female started walking away when Faust allegedly pushed her from behind, causing her to fall. The female sustained injuries to both knees and her elbow, according to an Iowa City police complaint.

Faust has been charged with domestic abuse on three other instances. Third or subsequent offense of domestic abuse assault is a Class-D felony.
