Timothy Washington, 25, address unknown, was charged with forgery and second-degree theft after he allegedly made fraudulent transactions at numerous Hills Bank and Trust locations.
According to an Iowa City police complaint, Washington deposited a fraudulent check into a Hills Bank account of an unsuspecting person.
