The trial of a man who was injured in a shooting last summer has been continued.
Demarco Dudley was allegedly wounded by gunshot from Daniel Stepleton, an agent for the Division of Narcotics Enforcement. Stepleton was undercover in an investigation when an incident at Breckenridge Trailer Court on Aug. 16, 2012, led to a shooting.
Dudley, Norman Dudley, and John Mulbah are all suspects related to this incident. Mulbah was charged on Aug. 13, 2012, with selling narcotics to an undercover agent.
Demarco Dudley faces a charge of first-degree robbery. Norman Dudley and Mulbah face federal charges including conspiracy to distribute narcotics, controlled-substance violation, distribution of a cocaine base, and failure to affix a drug tax stamp.
Demarco Dudley’s trial, originally set for May 7 is now set for May 14.
