An Iowa man has been accused of possessing 18 grams of marijuana.
Kenneth Burnell Jr., 34, was charged Tuesday with possession of controlled substance and a controlled substance violation.
Police officers reportedly stopped Burnell for speeding. Officers allegedly smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from Burnell’s vehicle upon making contact, the police complaint said.
Burnell’s vehicle was searched, and police allegedly located a plastic bag containing two smaller baggies that contained approximately 18 grams of marijuana.
