A local woman has been accused of possessing heroin after officers reportedly found an Ibuprofen bottle with the narcotic on her living-room table.

Lisa Evjenth, 36, was accused Dec. 12, 2012, with possession of a controlled substance and a controlled-substance violation.

The Johnson County Drug Task Force executed a drug search warrant at Evjenth’s residence. During the search, officials allegedly located an Ibuprofen bottle that contained five individually packaged baggies of a brownish substance consistent in appearance with heroine, the police complaint said.

During an interview with Evjenth, she reportedly admitted to police officials that she was aware of the substance found in the bottle and that it was indeed heroine. Police officials also reportedly located drug paraphernalia, including metal spoons with burnt residue, glass pipes with residue, and rubber tubing at Evjenth’s residence.

Possession of controlled substance is an aggravated misdemeanor. Controlled-substance violation is a Class-C felony.
