The trial for the primary suspect in a shooting on Nov. 18, 2012, has been reset from Feb. 19 to May 14.
Petter Thullen, 20, has been charged with attempted murder, first-degree burglary, and armed with intent for allegedly going to an East Bloomington Street residence to collect a drug debt and bringing a loaded weapon for intimidation.
According to a police complaint, Thullen told a witness he shot the victim and the victim sustained potentially fatal injuries.
Annother defendant in the case, 19-year-old Andrew Meyer, will now have a separate trial, which is set for May 21. Meyer is charged with attempted murder/joint criminal conduct, first-degree burglary/ joint criminal conduct, and armed with intent/joint criminal conduct.
