A Coralville man faces numerous charges after an Aug. 24 altercation at Tailgators Sports Bar in Coralville.

According to a complaint by Coralville police, Dusten Kemp, 26, was charged after he was allegedly involved in an altercation at Tailgators. The complaint said Kemp allegedly punched a woman who was not involved in the altercation, causing swelling and redness of her right cheek and eye.

The complaint said the victim of the assault and two witnesses positively identified Kemp as the person who struck her.

Kemp was charged with third-offense OWI and assault causing bodily injury.

Third-offense OWI is a Class-D felony.
