An Iowa City woman was accused of having possession of a controlled substance.

Anne Knight, 52, 1038 E. College St., was charged May 1 with possession of a controlled substance.

According to a University of Iowa Police complaint, Knight was pulled over and an officer saw a bag labeled "Mary Jones Potpourri." Knight said the green, leafy substance was K2.

The substance was tested by police officials and was determined a controlled substance.

Possession of a controlled substance is considered a serious misdemeanor.
