A Nebraska man faces a felony drug charge after being found with six different kinds of drugs on Sept. 26, according to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.
Derek Sloss, 21, was charged with controlled substance violation, a Class B felony, after a deputy allegedly observed him smoking marijuana in a tent with six other people, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Sloss allegedly had heroin, MDMA capsules, “Soma” capsules, 0.81 grams of cocaine, one gram of marijuana, and a hit of acid on him.
Witnesses said the drugs and paraphernalia were his, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
A Class B felony is generally punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
