Every Sunday morning, the Iowa Kyudo Kai meets at the Northwest Recreation Center in Cedar Rapids to learn, train, and practice the ancient art of Japanese archery.
Formed in 2017, the Iowa Kyudo Kai is an offshoot organization to the Minnesota Renmei that offers anyone the opportunity to learn Kyudo, or “The way of the bow.” The club attracts participants from across The Corridor and holds additional practices at the Coralville Archery Range.
