An Idaho man has been accused of breaking into the Graduate Hotel to steal a dessert.

John Harding, 55, was charged Feb. 11 with third-degree burglary and first-offense trespassing.

According to the arrest affidavit, Harding entered the restaurant while it was closed through an employee-only entrance. Officers found a fork from the restaurant in Harding’s pocket.
