Iowa wrestling is sending 12 of its athletes to the Lindenwood Open on Saturday in St. Charles, Missouri.

The tournament is Iowa’s second open event of the year, following a successful Luther Open where Iowa won nine titles.

Head coach Tom Brands is sending Perez Perez (125), Aaron Meyer (141), Jeren Glosser (149), Stephen Alvarez (149), Jeremiah Moody (165), Cade Brownlee (197), Jacob Warner (197), and Aaron Costello (285) to compete in the tournament’s Gold Division.

In the Black Division, Danny Murphy (141), Myles Wilson (184), Sam Cook (197), and Connor Corbin (197) will represent Iowa.

The event keeps Iowa wrestlers in competition if they did not wrestle at the Iowa City Duals.
