The trial has been reset for an Iowa City landlord accused of peeping on his tenants.
Elwyn Miller, 63, was charged with 11 counts off invasion of privacy for allegedly peeping at female residents through manufactured holes in the walls and ceilings of the residents’ bathrooms.
Miller’s trial had been scheduled to be held at 9 a.m. April 9. His pretrial conference is now set for May 6, and his trial is set for May 21 at 9 a.m.
