An Iowa City man was killed in Wisconsin after his motorcycle crashed on Sept. 12, according to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department.
David Ryan, 39, was driving a 2008 Triumph motorcycle in Gays Mills, Wis., when his brakes locked up around 1:55 p.m. after rounding a sharp curve on a sharp gradient, according to the sheriff’s department.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was wearing his helmet, and no alcohol was involved, according to the sheriff’s department.
