It’s like a part of this community, someone who just loves Iowa and loves to be here.

I’m excited to rush.

I’m from a small suburb of Chicago called Lake Zurich.

I just fell in love with the campus when I toured here. I knew since junior year that I was coming to Iowa; I only applied to two schools.

It’s a lot homier [here]. Lake Zurich’s not cold, but Iowa is just so warm and welcoming, and I really wanted to be here.
