DITV: Iowa Sailing Club Forced to Relocate
The University of Iowa’s lease with Lake MacBride leaves time ticking for the Iowa Sailng Club. The club is working to find a new home and size-down equipment, bringing concern to members and their future.

After the University of Iowa opted to not renew its lease with the area, the sailing club, which celebrated its 60th year this year, has until July 31, 2026, to sell their boats and relocate.
