Following a bye week, the Iowa football team returns to action for a prime time matchup against the rival Wisconsin Badgers in Madison, Wisconsin. The Badgers enter the contest at a pedestrian 2-3 overall and 0-2 in Big Ten play under third-year head coach Luke Fickell, who has struggled to live up to his lofty expectations since his arrival in 2023. Wisconsin has featured a revolving door of quarterbacks this season, with backups Danny O’ Neil and Hunter Simmons earning most of the snaps due to a Week 1 injury to Maryland transfer Billy Edwards Jr.

Iowa is seeking its fourth straight win in the series and fifth in sixth years. This will be the first time these two rivals have met under the lights at Camp Randall Stadium since 2007.
