The Iowa Hawkeyes hosted the Portland State Vikings at Carver-Hawkeye Arena on Friday, Nov. 26, 2021. The Hawkeyes improved to 6-0 after defeating the Vikings 85-51.
Iowa forward Keegan Murray led the team in scoring with a total of 23 points followed by forward Patrick McCaffery with 13 points. McCaffery started the game after recently missing time with an injury.
The Vikings shot 4-27 from beyond the arc and finished with 17 fouls. The Vikings gave up 15 points to free throws. The Vikings have now dropped to 2-3.
The Hawkeyes will play at Virginia on Monday, Nov. 29, 2021.
