A man has been accused of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Keashaun Shammon Hayes, 30, North Liberty, was charged on Sept. 6 with conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony.

According to the arrest affidavit, Hayes was arrested on Aug. 19 for domestic abuse assault, third offense in Johnson County. Upon release, he was rearrested and charged for violating a no contact/protective order.

The court submitted an application to revoke his probation, the affidavit said.
