2020 presidential hopeful Elizabeth Warren will hold a town hall at the Iowa Memorial Union next Thursday.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., will hold a town hall at the Iowa Memorial Union next Thursday, Sept. 19.

Doors will open at 5:15 p.m. and the event is scheduled to begin at 6:45 p.m. and end at 8:45 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, but those interested are encouraged to RSVP here. Admission is first come, first served.

Warren has campaigned heavily on her plan to place a tax on the wealthiest one-tenth of the top one percent. She has also touted Medicare-for-all, complete student loan debt cancellation, and universal free college and child care.
