Authorities have accused a Wind Lake, Wisconsin, man of possessing 56 grams of marijuana.

Man faces drug charges
Joshua Ringelberg, 22, was charged March 29 with first-offense possession of marijuana and failure to affix drug stamp.

According to an arrest affidavit, Ringelberg was pulled over by officers for a traffic violation. Officers reportedly noticed the smell of marijuana emanating from the vehicle, and a K9 search of the vehicle detected the presence of marijuana. Ringelberg claimed the drug as his, stating that it was approximately two ounces.

Failure to affix drug stamp is a Class-D felony.
