Authorities have accused a Camanche, Iowa, man of possessing 11 cartridges of THC.

Dylan Busse, 20, was charged March 30 with failure to affix drug stamp, first-offense OWI, and a controlled-substance violation.

According to the arrest affidavit, Busse was pulled over by police for speeding and a traffic violation. He allegedly attempted to conceal some items from officers.

A K9 officer was dispatched to conduct an open-air search of the vehicle, alerting officers to the presence of marijuana. During a search of Busse’s person, officers found eleven vaporizer cartridges of THC in his underwear.

Busse reportedly admitted to officers that he obtains 50 cartridges at a time and then resells them.

Failure to affix drug stamp and a controlled-substance violation are Class-D felonies.
