Nathan Boyd, 34, 161 Arlington Drive, was charged Nov. 9 with OWI.

Chance Cahill, 21, 418 S. Van Buren St., was charged Nov. 8 with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and public intoxication.

Ricardo Castillo Lopez, 19, 2801 Highway 6, was charged Nov. 10 with OWI.

Cory Depoorter, 29, West Branch, was charged Nov. 11 with OWI and public urination.

Zamir Hines-Smith, 26, 2001 Keokuk St., was charged Nov. 9 with obstruction of emergency communications, first-degree harassment, domestic-abuse assault impeding the flow of air/blood, and domestic-abuse assault.

Derek Hollenstein, 37, Quincy, Illinois, was charged Nov. 10 with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Symone Houston, 27, Chicago, was charged Nov. 8 with child endangerment/abuse causing serious injury, disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing, interference with official acts, and public intoxication.

Anastasia Jones Townser, 22, 629 S. Kirkwood Ave., was charged Nov. 10 with public intoxication and interference with official acts.

Thomas King, 54, address unknown, was charged Nov. 8 with violating a no-contact, domestic-abuse protective order.

Ted McNulty, 29, 1417 Derwen Drive, was charged Nov. 10 with public intoxication.

Robert Neidballa, 18, Winfield, Illinois, was charged Nov. 9 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a fictitious ID, and PAULA.

Connor Oroni, 20, Batavia, Illinois, was charged Nov. 10 with public intoxication and possession of marijuana.

Eli Prasch, 32, 14 S. Johnson St., was charged Nov. 9 with disorderly conduct.

Sidney Singleton, 21, St. Louis, was charged Nov. 10 with possession of marijuana and OWI.

Marilyn Smith, 50, 1667 Hemingway Lane, was charged Nov. 10 with driving while barred.

Donald Studnicka, 30, Palos Hills, Nevada, was charged Nov. 10 with simple assault, assault on fire/police/EMT personnel, assault causing injury, possession of marijuana, and interference with official acts.

Trent Temple, 30, Washington, Iowa, was charged Nov. 10 with driving with a revoked license.
