Natalie Roberts, 39, was charged Oct. 8 with third-offense OWI and third or subsequent public intoxication.

According to the arrest affidavit, Roberts crashed her car into a street sign. She then exited her vehicle, crawled to the middle of the street, and began removing her clothing and wailing nonsensically.

Roberts was allegedly so intoxicated that she couldn’t stand and had to be transported to the hospital. Her blood-alcohol level was measured at .397 percent, the affidavit said.
