Authorities have accused an Iowa City man of eluding law enforcement and driving under the influence.

Reiley Hanson, 22, 536 Olive St., was charged Sept. 8 with eluding and second-offense OWI.

According to the arrest affidavit, Hanson failed to bring his motor vehicle to a stop and attempted to elude a marked law-enforcement vehicle. According to the affidavit, eluding officers led to bodily injury to a person other than Hanson.

Elusion is a D-Class felony.
