Since the Rise Apartments were built, there has been an protest every day from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Royce Peterson said they hired CA Venture and subcontractors that did not properly report the work that the laborers were doing. They did not make the workers fill out any paperwork, and they paid them cash. They also did not report any taxes to the government. The protest banner will change soon.
