Authorities have accused an Iowa city man possessing controlled substances.A warrant is out for the arrest of Miles McKinley, 21, 109 Clapp St., for a controlled-substance violation. According to the affidavit, investigators had a search warrant for McKinley’s address, and found several items indicating illegal drugs including marijuana, packaging materials, a scale, and a large amount of cash.
A controlled substance violation is a class-D felony.
