Authorities have accused a Coralville man of sexually abusing a woman.
Jonathan Cosby, 32, was charged May 3 with third-degree sexual assault.
According to the Coralville police, the woman passed out on Cosby’s couch.
He reportedly admitted to having sexual intercourse with her while she was asleep.
Cosby reportedly admitted his actions were wrong.
Third degree sexual abuse is a Class-C felony.
