Authorities have accused a woman of possessing heroin.
Rebecca Castagno, 39, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance on June 24, 2013.
According to online court documents, officers acquired a search warrant to investigate a suspected heroin overdose.
During the search, a plate containing heroin, a razor blade, a cut off straw, syringes, and a debit/credit card belonging to Castagno were allegedly found.
Possession of a controlled substance is a Class-D felony.
