A Chicago man has been accused of possessing marijuana in jail.
Joseph Caram, 18, was charged Oct. 25 with possession of contraband in a correctional facility.
According to an Iowa City police complaint, Caram had a bag with an unknown amount of marijuana in his jail cell.
Possession of contraband in a correctional facility is a Class-D felony.
