Connor Fudge, 25, was charged Sept. 12 with third-degree burglary.

According to an Iowa City police complaint, on Sept. 11 and 12, Fudge was allegedly observed on security cameras in Cold Stone Creamery, 39 S. Dubuque St., after hours taking money from the safe. He was also reportedly seen taking cakes and ice-cream containers.

He last worked at the establishment on Aug. 27. The owner stated he used an unauthorized key and made unauthorized entries.
