A North Liberty man has been charged after allegedly driving while intoxicated.

Jacob Garot, 26, was charged on Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance and a third OWI.

According to a police complaint, Garot was stopped after repeatedly driving into the ditch on North Liberty Road. Garot allegedly showed several signs of impairment and appeared withdrawn from the situation.
