A final pretrial conference for an Iowa City landlord accused of “peeping” has been set.
Elwyn Miller, 63, is charged with 11 counts of invasion of privacy. He allegedly peeped on women in the apartment complex in managed through manufactured holes in the ceilings and walls of the residents’ bathrooms.
Miller’s final pretrial conference is set for May 17 at 1:30 p.m. His trial is set for May 21.
