A Coralville man has been accused of punching and kicking a person in the heard and ribs.
According to a Coralville police complaint, William Coates, 39, 735 20th Ave. Apt. 2, was charged Oct. 20 with assault causing serious injury.
Coates allegedly punched and kicked a person in the head and ribs, resulting in a concussion, loss of consciousness, and a fractured jaw and ribs. He was identified along with two unknown subjects.
