An Iowa City man has been accused of burgling a residence on June 25.

According to an Iowa City police complaint, Ryan Hall, 28, was charged July 25 after officers arrived at a Black Springs Circle residence to investigate a report of a burglary in progress. The complaint said the officers identified Hall sitting on the steps of the residence upon their arrival.
