Donald Clark, 41, reportedly performed sex acts on a then-10-year-old student in the spring of 2004.
Clark was sentenced to 25 years in prison. He would have to serve 70 percent of that sentence before being eligible for parole.
According to the records, Clark’s attorney, John Robertson, will be allowed to withdraw and the state’s appellate defender will be appointed to the case.
