Benjamin Hayes, 38, 859 Longfellow Court, was charged June 19 with public intoxication, domestic assault with injury, child endangerment, false imprisonment, third-degree kidnapping, and fourth-degree theft. He was also charged with four counts of forgery by check/document and third-degree theft in September.

Edweana Howard, 42, 243 Aster Ave., was charged June 19 with interference with official acts, second-offense OWI, and theft ​— operating without owner’s consent.

A juvenile was charged June 19 with fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Dominic Waikel, 18, 4 Wildberry Lane N.E., was charged June 20 with OWI.
